The content is presented in short and compact learning cards and videos that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Learning progress can also be checked at any time.

The strategy - this is how learning works today
The Ski Austria Mobile Academy uses the micro-training method for digital knowledge transfer. The essence of a wide variety of knowledge content is prepared compactly and deepened through short and active learning steps. In classic learning, an algorithm is used for this. The questions are to be answered in a random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it will be asked again later until it is answered correctly three times in a row in the learning unit.
In addition to traditional learning, level learning is also offered. In level learning, the system divides the questions into three levels and asks them randomly. There is a break between the individual levels to ensure the content is retained as best as possible. This is necessary in order to achieve brain-friendly and sustainable knowledge acquisition. A final test makes learning progress visible and shows where possible deficits lie and, if necessary, repetition is useful.
Learning stimuli through quizzes and/or learning duels
At the Ski Austria Mobile Academy, in-company training should be combined with fun. The playful learning approach is implemented through the option of quiz duels. Colleagues, managers or external partners can be challenged to a duel. This makes learning even more entertaining. The following game mode is possible: In three rounds of 3 questions each, it is determined who is the knowledge king.
